Description
We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst with strong pharma experience to take up a contract position within a global pharmaceutical company based in Basel.This is a 3-4 month contract position and is scheduled to start in mid-January 2016.
The successful candidate will:
* Work in close collaboration with a Business Analyst and Business Solution Manager in order to assess the solution landscape
* Define a medium-to-long-term IT roadmap for a key business stakeholder
* Perform analytical and conceptual activities aligned to an accounted solution portfolio against internal business customers.
* Provide internal consultancy and support in terms of defining and documenting the outcome of strategic analysis by working alone and also by taking part in meetings with various IT and business representatives.
In order to be considered for this role it is crucial that the successful candidate possesses the following skills/experience:
* Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing)
* Senior-level experience in business analysis in the pharmaceutical industry, at both strategic and tactical level
* Strong analytical, presentation, and business process modelling skills
* Demonstrable ability to gather and document business and IT requirements as well as document business cases
* Experience in defining IT roadmaps
* Experience in interacting with senior management
