Description
Roc Searches client, based in Hampshire, are urgently looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the modernisation of the UK's air traffic management system. A project expected to last 4-5 years with 100s of millions of pounds of investment. This will be an initial 12 month contract but, due to the nature of the project, is likely to come with multiple extensions.
Roc Searches client is the UK's leading provider of aerospace management, each year handling millions of flights and passengers in UK airspace. Managing many UK airports and managing all upper airspace in the UK, they work in more than 30 countries around the world spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
Key Skills:
*APM or similar Project Management qualification
*Ability to deliver in a complex stakeholder environment
*Comfortable dealing with supplies in excess of £5m
Desirable skills:
*Aviation experience
*Technical understanding of project
*Experience of complex integrated systems software
*Able to work in a dynamic and hardworking team
