Director of Digital Performance
My client, a leading global Bank, are looking for a Global Head of Digital Performance to work out of their London offices on a long-term contract basis.
The Global Head of Digital Performance is required to lead a high profile digital transformation programme that aims to increase digital sales volume by 75%. To deliver this strategy the bank is committed to building out its global digital organisational capability, which includes the appointment of this strategic hire to act as the Global Head for all digital performance across all business lines and digital channels.
The successful Global Head of Digital Performance candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience acting as a Global Head or Head of within large blue chip organisations that have a large global digital footprint
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to gain insights that ultimately shape the digital strategy to improve performance across digital revenue; transactions; engagement and marketing effectiveness
- Strong background in Digital Channels, ideally within Banking, with a proven history of driving and delivering change, leading teams
- Excellent experience dealing with and presenting to very senior stakeholders, up to Board and Exco level
This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting programme that is due to run until at the least the end of 2017, this role also has the capability to convert to a permanent hire for the right candidate.
