Immediate Requirement:CHC Nurse Assessor
Location - London
Daily Rate - Competitive
Start - ASAP
Length - 6 Months
An NHS CCG, based in the centre of London, is currently looking for a number of Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor to assess LIVES CASES working in the community. You will be required to travel outbound (across London) to complete assessments, completing an average of 4 cases per week. This is a 6 month contract - and an excellent opportunity to join a driven and effective CHC team from conception.

- Band 5 Nurse, Band 6 Nurse, Band 7 Nurse
- Minimum of 3 months experience assessing live CHC cases
- Registered General Nurse/ Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities
Key experience and qualifications
- Strong CHC live assessment experience
- Experience conducting CHC assessments in the community/outbound/nursing homes
- Knowledge of the National Framework.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
