Quality ManagerOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Quality Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Quality Manager

Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring contractual and quality requirements are understood and met
- Document quality requirements, implementation and reporting in the quality Plan and agree as necessary with the customer and subcontractors
- Communicating, implementing and promoting the quality Plan
- Reporting on project quality performance and ensure all key issues are identified with agreed solutions
- Ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are in place for use by the project Team including: project benchmarking at initiation; project monitoring; project reporting; project audit; Corrective action; Customer complaints
- Liaising with Quality subcontractors to ensure any issues are dealt with in an appropriate timescale. This may involve travel within the UK
- Undertaking continual improvement activities and lessons learnt to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme
- Organize training, demonstration, validation and other activities to unify the understanding of the three parties (customers and subcontractors) in the requirements and objectives of the project
- Through routine meetings, strengthen interactions with the customer and subcontractors in respect of quality performance
- Guiding quality audit sub-contractors in carrying out quality auditing and issuing audit reports
- Oversee project internal and subcontractor quality performance evaluation, regularly output quality performance evaluation reports
- Create project forecasts and budgets for QEHS implementation
- Support the QEHS team in developing capability and competence
