Corporate Action Analyst
Our global client is currently recruiting for a Corporate Action Analyst to work at their London office on a Contract basis.

- Client Money identification & segregation
- Reconciling positions across all business streams for each event file
- Obtaining, managing and collating instructions from clients (external and internal) and counterparties for voluntary events
- Deadline management for EMEA Voluntary events
- Liaising with internal PB desk/Stock Loan desk/Prop desks
- Liaising with external counterparties - Stock Lending, Brokers, Clients
- Liaising with Custodians
- Reconciling entitlements across all business streams for each Voluntary equity file.
- Liaising with external counterparties - Stock Lending, Brokers, Clients to agree entitlements, update positions and make external payments for all voluntary events
- Client money identification and segregation.
- Effective break management and compliance with firm regulatory standards.
- Facilitation of trade booking process and associated control environment.
- Payment of entitlements to counterparties.
- Query facilitation & remediation.
