Our well established financial services client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Actuarial Manager to join their Capital Modelling team based in Bristol. You will be able to apply your expert knowledge of General Insurance to deliver quality model outputs and reports.
You will be responsible for GI aspects of capital modelling for the client's household portfolio, including: managing and running of the client's Igloo model, developing the Igloo model and its surrounding processes, setting up and running the model for ICA and SCR capital reporting and capital forecasting. You will have also manage the work of 1 or 2 junior actuarial trainees and engage frequently with data suppliers and key customers of the model outputs.
You should have a demonstrable history of actuarial management and have strong experience with large household insurance portfolios. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with Igloo software would be highly advantage.
Essential skills: Must be a Part/Qualified Actuary or General Insurance Specialist.
