Call Centre Executive - Gatwick - Contract - £competitive
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Call Centre Executive to work at a leading financial client based near Gatwick in West Sussex on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and advice based around a number of payment protection products. Duties will include:
Handling incoming call with customers.
Provide accurate and clear information about the claims process to customers.
Ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions to obtain facts about the client's products.
Pre-qualifying claims.
Handle client questions and objections.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
Experience required:
- Knowledge of current financial or payment protection products would be an advantage
- Inbound or outbound telephony skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of hitting targets and working to deliverables.
