Description
I am currently working with a global Pharmaceutical organisation who is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. You will initially be working on an 9 month contract in Cork, Ireland.As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of a country wide team responsible for the delivery of an accurate and timely payroll. You will have responsibility for processing a full in house payroll for a number of Legal entities using Megapay payroll software.
Your key skills / experience will include:
> Minimum 2 years, experience of payroll processing
> IPASS or Equivalent Finance Qualification > Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook
> Ability to work efficiently and productively, independently or with minimal supervision > An effective team player, with developed communication and negotiation skills to focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with the Payroll process stakeholders
> A clear, fast thinker, problem solver, able to translate business needs into pragmatic solutions and implement them
> Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused
> Experience of working in a multi-national environment
