Job Description:
•Hands on experience in delivering large scale implementation programs in MS CRM.
•Hands on experience in solving client business problems by recommending and architecting solutions.
•Ability to work with business users to identify needs and apply appropriate functional and technical solutions.
•Experience in Microsoft Sure Step for CRM implementation projects and creating user stories.
•Experience in defining the best of the standards and implementing the same.
•Industry/Functional Experience: Services/Call Center/ Insurance / Sales & Marketing
