Description
Our Client, a leading tier 1 commercial bank is looking to bring in an accountant to lead the accounting workstream of the SII programme.
This role is within the SII Accounting workstream reporting directly into the Project Manager and with a direct link to the SII Business Lead. The project is responsible for the delivery of all Full Measures accounting annual forms.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience of implementing reporting change within a dynamic reporting environment. This is a team lead role, so experience in team management is required.
We are looking for someone with:
- SII reporting and regulations knowledge
- Track record of project delivery
- Track record of ownership and delivery to deadlines
- Problem solving experience
- A working background within the life insurance sector
- Strong excel and analytical skills, and experience
- Highly organised and effective person
