Progressive Engineering are proud to be working with one of Europe's leading Brands in high end MRO Industrial Product Distribution Industry. With a presence in over 30 countries and serving over 1 million customers globally, they are at the forefront of high end industrial distribution

The company are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will oversee a team of Key Account Managers and spearhead the continued growth and development of a key defined geographical area

THE ROLE;
  • Ensure the alignment of both the UK Strategy and the sales delivery
  • Managing a team of between 8-10 key account managers across a defined geographical region
  • Train, develop and coach around product knowledge and selling/account management
  • Maximizing existing client portfolio whilst developing new ones across the region


For this position it is requird that candidates are equipped with the following;
  • Industrial MRO Distribution Sales experience
    Regional or National Sales Management experience
    MRO Product Knowledge - mechanical/electrical transmission products
    Multi - Industry experience across some or all of Engineering, Power, FMCG, Oil and Gas
