ERP HR Workstream Lead AdvisorWe are looking for an ERP HR Workstream Lead Advisor to assess our London based customer's business requirement for an ERP HR implementation.
The ERP HR Workstream Lead will be required for approximately 4 weeks +
ERP HR Workstream Lead Skills & experience needed:
- Preferable worked as HR workstream lead on an implementation.
- expected to have up to date knowledge and experience of E2E HR ERP implementations; different packages, however no specific package knowledge is needed.
- Must be able to act agnostically to be able to assess our customer's requirements in the context of an implementation within an international Financial services, bank, or insurance organisation .
- Clear documentation skills needed.
- Able to act as an Advisor, and provide clear vision.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work with various stakeholders
