My client are looking for an experienced Conversion and Customer Experience Manager.

The role is an initial 6 month contract based in London (central). Starts are ASAP and rates are flexible based upon experience.

The Customer Experience and Conversion Manager is responsible for ensuring the client's online sales journeys for Financial Services products provide a customer experience that ensures researching and purchasing products is easy for the public. A key responsibility of this role is delivering a conversion rate optimisation strategy.

Candidates must have strong CRO experience - this will be the majority focus of the roles.

Essential experience to be considered for this role:

- Strong CRO experience

- MVT experience

- Google analytics (both reporting and analysis)

- Strong working knowledge of Sitecore

Additional desirable experience:

- Working knowledge of maxymiser

- Experience working in a regulated sector (ideally FS)
