I am actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity to advance your Continuing Healthcare knowledge and experience working for one of my leading clients based in the Yorkshire area. They are looking for an Interim CHC Nurse Assessor initially on a 3 month contract with a view to an extension. Experience required:- Working in a Continuing Healthcare environment or completed a Continuing Healthcare training course.
- The successful candidate must have experience of carrying out assessments within the community, patient homes and care homes.
- The Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor must have experience working closely with social workers.
- Must be able to write reports after they have completed a Continuing Healthcare assessment.
- Experience of attending panel hearings.
- Experience of carrying out DST's would be desirable.
