Qualifications
- Candidate must have a proven record of being a Lead PM in PRISM at company and candidate must have proven record of strong Project Management skills.
- History of delivering on time, ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to remain calm and maintain a positive influence in the face of stringent and accelerated deadlines & issues.
- PM should be able to identify risks and manage to resolution with the project team.
- The ability to work in a team environment is key.
- Exceptional communication skills with an assertive personality to articulate issues in a professional manner.
- LPM EXPERIENCE IN IT SHOP: Required
- Prior experience as end-to-end LPM: Required
- Agile: Preferred
- LARGE PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Required
- IBM VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Required
- OTHER VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Preferred
- PROJECT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Required
- TECHNICAL BACKGROUND: Required
- PMP Certification: Preferred
- Agile Certification: Preferred
