CF Public Sector are working with a CCG based in the East Midlands and is currently looking for an Urgent Care Programme Lead to work on an initial 6 month contract.
As the Programme Lead you will manage and maintain multiple projects around Urgent Care in local providers.
You will be expected to have strong working relationships with various stakeholders including the local Council's and other local CCG's and providers.
Another key area of this requirement will be re-designing patient pathways and some reconfiguration of services to improve patient process.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody that has excessive experience around Urgent Care Transformation in both CCG's and Acute's.
