We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for an Open Market Key Account Manager to join their business in Croatia.

Requirements
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- The main driver and facilitator for device product and marketing plan along with Operators/Distributors.
- Establish, maintain and improve relationship with customers’ MKT team.
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
- Work closely with product management to define marketing materials and programs.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies for the organization.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing on senior positions.
- Strong knowledge of regional Telecom market.
- Large experience with Marketing strategies (Digital Marketing, PR, Social Media, Campaigns, Events, etc.)
- Knowledge of developing Brand strategy.
- Experience with communication on C-level.
- Team leading experience, good communication skills.
- English and Croatian mandatory.
