Your tasks:
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights etc.)
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations (job evaluation, create compensation plans, create salary ranges, responsible for the compensation tasks for bigger projects, know how to handle incentive plans)
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience in compensation in a larger company
- Excellent understanding of "research and development" positions
- Excellent understanding in job bench marking
- High expertise in Excel and Mercer
- Business fluent English skills
- Independent working style
- Pharma experience is of advantage
