Payment IT Analyst needed for a feature team in a SAFe framework project setup.
Job description:
Strong IT Analyst needed to be part of a feature team in a scaled agile (SAFe) setup. You will work closely with the Product owner (PO) and business requirement drivers in the team to drive and formulate specifications for the features the team pull. Once the specifications have been made, you will work closely with the IT Specialists and testers to help ensure correct implementation of the feature.
The specification work needs to follow the agreed level and should be done so a deliverable in a two week sprint is possible. The full deliverable for a product increase in the setup is 5 sprints, where all pulled features must be delivered.
It is required you have strong driver skills, and are familiar with the Agile principles of working. The focus for the feature team will be in the payments services area, so knowledge in this area will be a plus.
Job profile
Facilitate the identification and execution of business requirements needed to develop solutions.
Drive the requirement process of a feature, with many stakeholders and proactively orchestrate scalability, robustness and non-functional requirements in the target picture.
Act as a technical mentor, build and provide technical and business expertise for the development of software applications, decision proposal or study.

Assume the role as a driver and manage the initiative delivery process
according to scope, quality, Nordea standards and timeliness to
successfully deliver on target
Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional
requirements of an initiative enabling business transformation in
alignment with the required feature.
Identify and establish proactive ways to manage the robustness and
quality of processes and applications supporting a business area to
secure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment
Develop business proposals, clarifying how to innovate, simplify and
modernise the business processes.
