File Reviewer
Tangent are looking for a group of File Reviewers to join a multinational management consulting services company.
What will I be doing?
- Reviewing regulated sales as previously conducted by the client
- Ensuring full compliance and to identify any instances of miss-selling
- Make decisions relating to each case as necessary
- Carry out risk assessments and provide appropriate feedback
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in line with business standards
- Provide recommendations for resolutions and ensure they are in line with policy
- Strive for continuous improvement of the review process
- Conducting thorough investigations into investment and protection sales
- Liaising with the complainant to ensure all facts are established
- Resolving customer queries and/or complaint cases, following a the set process, in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers and external agencies, on a day to day basis, to discuss open cases and applications
- Managing your own workload
Essential experience and skills:
- Previous complaint handling experience gained within financial services
- FPC level 3, CeFA level 3, or hold the level 4 DipFA qualification - Essential
- In-depth knowledge of sales process for regulated financial services products
- Good technical knowledge of pensions products
- To be able to write effective letters and reports
- Good telephone communication skills
