Responsibilities;
- Create Closing, Forecasting and Consolidation of several companies on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Corporate and Internal Management Reporting variance analysis on a monthly basis
- Acting as partner for Business lines, early warning and suggestion of mitigation actions
- KPI’s Tracking, performing and reporting the management Dashboard
- External cost tracking; reporting and contract management
- Development of Business Cases, product –service and/or organizations setup oriented
- Collaboration by development of operating and strategic plans
- “Execute with intelligence and intensity.”
Qualification
- 7+ of experience in financial control; Accounting experience is highly preferred
- Formal degree (FH/HF/University) in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Previous role in a senior financial control position, preferably in a multicultural organization
- Excellent English speaking; local Mandarin or Cantonese additionally
- Experience in automation and financial modeling, for business cases
- High IT affinity and experience in reporting/consolidation tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Ability to work with big data and to navigate from the big picture to deep detail analysis
- Hands on knowledge of MS office, including Cognos and Dynamics
- Preferred to have US GAAP, SOX 404, and IT industry controlling experience
- Ability to permanently be based in Beijing, China
