Description
An Edinburgh based Financial Services Client has just released a new & interesting Conduct & Compliance Risk Management Contract. A busy & active hirer in the local market, our Client is currently going through large amount of change and they are actively seeking an experienced candidate to join Compliance & Conduct area, providing advice/consultancy & guidance to busy programmes of work.
The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months and rate-card will pay between £400-£500 per day.
To be successful in this role & requirement, candidates should have the following knowledge & experience;
* Recent & relevant experience working as a Risk/Conduct Manager within another Financial Services/Banking client
* Deep and demonstrable knowledge & experience of FCA Conduct and Compliance risk agenda with specific knowledge around how it applies to the Retail Banking industry
* Particular knowledge & experience around; new business sales, training & competence, mandatory customer communications, policy documentation, complaints handling, responsible lending & vulnerable customers etc
* Excellent people, co-ordination & Stakeholder Management skills & abilities
* First class communication & co-ordination skills will be absolutely essential
