Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Service Portfolio of the Data Development Center
- Internal customer engagement to ensure agreed and realistic Service Level Agreements
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction
- To actively collaborate with the team
- Ownership for the plans and forecasts
- Reporting on the Service Level Performance
- Recommend data trends and coverages in a pro-active manner
Qualification
- 2+ years..
