Responsibilities;
- Defined and a resource to the Headquarters in a Principal role
- Acting as a Digital Engineering Expert in the field of intelligent manufacturing
- Responsible for telecommunication products mass manufacturing planning with high efficiency and low cost.
- Investigate and realize Smart/ Digital factory concept in our client’s manufacture plant.
- Responsible for flexible, intelligent and lean automation system build.
- Responsible for the guidance of digitization digital simulation, BOP, structured implementation process, etc
Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, robotics, and automotive electrical industries
- Recent strong experience with Ericsson (E//) smart manufacturing and digital processes
- Good smart/digital factory and Industry 4.0 understanding
- Strong active process design and engineering and product development design methods
- Strong digital assembly simulation and 3D structural dimension management
- Sound communication skills, open-minded, and willing to share ideas
- Flexibility to travel to China, over 75% (or to be based in China)
