SAP HCM Consultant (Spanish Speaking)
We are currently looking for an English and Spanish speaking SAP HR consultant for a 10 week project based near Central Madrid. The perfect candidate should be experienced with creation of SOPs optimization, mapping and documentation of HR processes.
Skills Requirements:
- Skill: SAP HR Consultant
- Experience: Min 3 years. + Working with HR business process (mapping, optimizing, documenting)
- Start dates: 10th October 2016;
- End date: 2nd December;
- Duration: 9 weeks (2.5 months);
- Required Languages: Fluent Spanish; Good English;
- Location: Central Madrid, Spain

purpose:
To facilitate client-facing knowledge capture workshops and create high quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Responsibilities:
- To facilitate client-facing knowledge capture and SoP review workshops
- To effectively manage the relationship with the client's SMEs and manage all steps in the process KC
- To document processes in Base) Harmony
- To interrogate and analyze process quality FMEA, CTQ, SLA's, Compliance (Internal/External) etc.
- To reserved reserved respond to internal review feedback from Quality and Functional Lead in timely manner
- Timely reporting of status, risks and issues ie daily
- To capture process improvement ideas for Their Respective service lines
Additional Skills:
- HR processes knowledge - EMS
- Process improvement methodology - experience and certification eg six sigma
- Local country language skills - fluency
