Description
Transformation which includes 100 3rd party vendors, small, medium and large enterprises delivering solutions into a nationally renowned transformation program.
You will manage all all vendors, ensure on time delivery and all 3rd party negotiation. You will be managing SLA's against contracts signed by 3rd party's which impact the overall transformation program.
Supporting business wide growth activity, you will focus on driving standardisation and excellence into governance processes in relation to Vendor Management, SRM and Contract Management, through the creation of KPI dashboards and SLA re-structuring.
As the go to contact for Vendor Management within the business, you drive innovation, cost reduction & performance improvement, understanding the key cost drivers to the business, utilising your key stakeholder relationships to manage any commercial disputes, providing conflict resolution scenarios, through effective Vendor Management.
Key Skills:
- Established Vendor Manager background, with prior knowledge of designing and implementing Vendor Management
- Commercially aware individual, with the ability to drive value out of the existing vendors
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to operate in a cross-functional Matrix
- Proven relationship building & influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills
