- The employee would be processing credit memos related to co-op claims submitted from Dealer customers.
- In addition the employee will be fielding questions regarding status of claims that have been processed and remaining co-op balances.
Skills:
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite of products - specifically the ability to work with Microsoft Excel (enter amounts into a spreadsheet; basic adding/subtracting of cells)
- SAP experience is preferred but not required (enter credit memos which we would provide step-by-step instructions for)
