Finance Analyst: General Ledger, Financial Modelling, IFRS
My client, a world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Prague is seeking a Financial Analyst manage the month-end closing process in the area of all financial aspects for IT Shared Service.
This includes:
- Ensure correct Charge-Out to customers as defined during budget cycle and as per signed SLA (when applicable);
- Perform ad hoc analysis and financial modelling as needed as part of the monthly charge out process;
- Ensure accruals for operations and projects are properly calculated and recorded to the - - General Ledger in accordance with IFRS requirements;
- Prepare global reporting for IT Shared Service which include:
- Monthly management report using difference source of data for operations;
- Identify risks and opportunities of the business;
- Involve in the preparation of the communication to customers;
- Ensure that the global reporting system shows the correct data;
- Reporting on KPIs;
- Ensure compliance of financial transactions and process following internal and external guidelines;
- Define, run, improve, negotiate, train and communicate the financial processes to business partners;
- Continuously evaluate and develop solutions to improve the reliability and effectiveness of the data and processes, introduces new systems/techniques.
