Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and make project level supply solution with project team
- Work together with project team to do bidding to customer, analyse customer requirements and design supply solutions to meet customer requirements
- Review and analyse customer contract for supply part and give suggestions to project team
- Follow "1line17points" supply mechanism to ensure excellent E2E project fulfillment performance
- Manage project planning integrated meeting, get project installation plan and sales forecast in time, push to build materials supply capacity in advance;
- Manage customer contract fulfillment and push to solve problems, ensure contract fulfillment and project supply transparency to project team and customer
- Conclude project delivery practice and share delivery knowledge and experience, maintain delivery baseline
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistic domain will be preferred
- Good ability for communication and coordination. Excellent interpersonal understanding.
- Knowledge of contract management, logistics management, manufacturing, procurement, finance, budgeting, and international trade
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French or Chinese
- In possession of a valid driving license
- Experience in team management would be a strong asset
