- Strong Coglas functional and technical expertise;
- Be proactive in identifying technical solutions with minimum supervision;
- Provide subject matter expertise in the creation and presentation of relevant workshops;
- Development of resourced-based project plans and tracking of project plans;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong influencing skills and conflict resolution;
- Build and maintain productive client relationships;
- Be aware of critical integration areas with other work streams and manage accordingly;
- Ability to manage and resolve project issues and risks and escalate them in a timely manner where required
