Description
A leading Private Bank requires a MiFID 2 Compliance Advisor to work on a contract basis for 6-months.
The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in:
- Ensuring that the MiFID2 programme is fully compliant with it's regulatory transaction reporting and best execution requirements, and compliance with MiFID
- Delivering second line review to the MiFID II project, including challenging key decisions
- Provide compliance advice and guidance on sales and post sales processes and interactions for funds and investment products
- Advise on legislation and fill in gaps for Business Analysts
- Need to be pragmatic and commercial in approach
- Legal and/or Compliance background (essential)
- Private and/or Wealth banking background (essential)
- 5-7 years minimum experience
