Qualified Internal Auditor (Public Sector, Public Finance, European Funding) required for initial 2-3 month contract with public sector client in Edinburgh
Our client has an opportunity for an Internal Auditor who will be expected to lead and manage the provision of audit advice, audit assignments and controls testing across a range of clients and associated bodies which could include funding programmes.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (or professional equivalent) with an extensive background in internal audit. It would also be desirable for them to have knowledge and experience of the Scottish public sector and/or European Funding Frameworks and hold a background in compliance.
