Responsibilities:
- Lead the plan for the next-generation BSS (BES) SaaS application. Build and evolve an industry-leading SaaS application product. Be accountable for the market competitiveness.
- Lead the strategic planning and forecast the development trends for next-generation BSS (BES) SaaS applications. The resulting strategy must ensure and evolve the cost competitiveness of our BSS (BES) SaaS application product with respect to other industry players and gain market acceptance.
- To communicate with key customer and promote client's products, success cases and technology
Qualifications:
- 8 years of work experience. Have successfully competitive planning for large-scale commercial-grade Enterprise SaaS applications and development tools that support more than 2 million users.
- Possess deep insight and operational experience for industries based on SaaS business model. Sample topics include: Multitenant application modeling / configuration / customization, user experience design, process orchestration, services orchestration, and enterprise-grade authentication services and external system integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with issues in SaaS operations and user experience design.
- Familiarity with BSS and/or CRM’s domain-specific functional and non-functional product requirements and design issues. Sample issues include: Application modeling, user experience design, process and service orchestration. Sample components include: Account / Contact / Opportunity Management, Product Management, Shopping Cart / Quote, Order Management, Asset / Contract Management, Revenue Management.
- Deep understanding of SaaS application architecture design techniques. Expertise in leveraging existing SaaS platform services, and applying fundamental data structures and algorithms, such tree and graph models, to solve complex business problems.
- Strong and hands-on development skills with one or more widely adopted SaaS platform
products, including rapid application development tools from major SaaS vendors, such as: Salesforce Force.com, ServiceNow Glide Framework, NetSuite and Workday design studios, and Oracle ADF; and continuous development / integration / deployment environments such as Salesforce Heroku, Google App Engine, and Amazon PaaS
