Description
We are working in partnership with our large North West based client to recruit a Change Manager for a 6 month engagement.
1 - Business change experience (ideally business experience as well as change)
2 - Strong stakeholder management - influencing skills - need to build/credibility trust quickly with the business
3 - Good understanding of change (although the method/approach is already determined) - they need to know how to apply it and work with the wider programme
4 - Ability to manage work and people up and down.
5 - Strong control focus and attention to detail
