We have been engaged by a financial services client based in London who are looking for a business analyst to work on a large digital transformation programme.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide business analysis and gather digital business requirements
- Gap analysis
- Root cause analysis
- Process and product mapping and documentation
- Documentation of relevant requirements and collected information
- Develop change methods, tools, standards and governance
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Work in a self-supporting environment with occasional lead of a small team
- Ensure delivery on budget, to time frames and expectations
It is imperative that those who apply have:
- Experience working within banking or financial services
- Must have strong digital experience - mobile, web, platforms, tablet
- Track record of digital business analysis
- Experience and a track record of delivering change programmes/projects
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Experience of working on and with target operating models
- Experience using of Visio or other, similar products
- The ability to command a high level of governance within the project through a variety of reporting and checkpoints
- Consultancy background advantageous
This is an initial 6 month interim roles based in London, £500+ per day
