Job Title: Finance Administrator - Property Payable

Base Location: Winchester

Role Reports to: Finance Manager - Property Payable

SUMMARY OF ROLE: Provide a high level of administrative support within the Property Payables team to deliver effective services and processes and meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Provide a reliable and responsible service to deliver a range of tasks that require complete confidentiality
  • Validate and scan Landlord invoices
  • Where appropriate process and monitor payment of invoices
  • Liaise with others to request information, provide instructions and answer queries
  • Keep relevant databases and systems up to date and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
  • Promote an effective Safety, Health and Environment culture, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within area of operation
  • Maintain a secure working environment in line with the requirements of the Security Policy in order to protect individuals, information and assets

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE FOR ROLE:

  • Good level of accuracy - essential
  • Experience of Oracle or major ERP system - an advantage
  • Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office - an advantage
