Description

My client, a global engineering company that provides consulting, design, construction, and operations services for corporations, federal, state and local governments; are looking for a Marketing and Communications Professional to join their team in Hammersmith on a temporary role for 12 months.

You will be working in a team to support the development, planning, deliver and evaluation of regional communication activities where you support the other communications functions including press, media, events, digital, customer contact and internal communications teams.

The successful candidate will have experience developing and delivering high profile communications campaigns in a large organisation or agency.

Responsibilities:

  • To support the development, production and delivery of excellent regional communications from proposal through to delivery and evaluation.
  • To help deliver customer/public/community/stakeholder communications on time and within budget, that deliver the required outcomes and key performance indicators.
  • To ensure communications are aligned with brand, operational capability and business objectives.
  • To produce regular regional communication evaluation and analysis reporting as required for project accounting
  • Working with others to follow operational and administrative processes, systems, brand guidelines, tools and products, ensuring a practical and consistent approach
  • To ensure accuracy of communication documentation and collaterals
  • To look for ways to encourage innovative thinking around how to improve Legacy benefits
  • To hold health, safety and welfare (HSW) as a key project value and to participate in the creation, development and implementation of HSW strategies by the project leadership team

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Experience of developing and delivering high profile, complex, integrated communications campaigns in a large organisation or agency
  • Previous experience of working remotely in sensitive areas delivering a variety of communications
  • Experience of supporting communications & marketing in a project management environment
  • Demonstrable abilities to communicate and influence a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience of working with contact centre and social media customer communications
