Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Functional Support - Ariba P2P Professional this is for a multinational client in The Netherlands.
The Ariba professional is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of all project related work for this project.
Tasks: Design Phase:
- Prepare content/presentations for workshop
- and design validation sessions
- Gather and document busieness requirements
- FIT GAP analysis of requirements
- Prepare process flow and end-to-end design document
Build Phase:
- Prepare business solution document
- Review functional specification
- Author Test scrips for product test and
- integration test
- Perform testing (poduct test and integration test)
User Acceptance Testing Phase:
- Co-ordinate with Business stakeholder
- Author testing scrips and validate with business stakeholders
- Prepare process flow and end-to-end design Execute testing
Go-live preparations and support:
- Support Business readiness and go-live activities
- Prepare go-live cutover plan for functional team
- Support training preparation and execution
- 3+ years experience in AP & Finance departments
- Strong knowledge in AP matching processes and global tax across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, NA
- Exposure to OCR processing, e-Invoicing, non-PO Invoice Processing
- Experience with ERP implementations
- Spanish & Portuguese
- Strong coordination, follow up and organization skills
- Ability to work under strict timelines
- Experience using ERP, E-procurement systems,
- Experience using excel, ppt, etc

Start date: Asap
Location: Europe, ideally Holland
Duration: 12 to 24 months
