Two job opportunities as a Scrum Master with our top end client. The client is looking for Dutch speaking candidates who will help to build a team in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
Scrum Master
Location: Amsterdam
Duration: 6 months, extension possible - 36hrs a week
Rate: market conform
Interviews: 10 and 13 February
Senior Scrum Master
The Scrum Master has the important task to support the Product Owner and the team to become familiar with the Scrum Methods. You will also function as a coach and go to person for questions.
Knock-out criteria:
- HBO/Bachelor degree
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience in working in large Scrum environments, preferably as a Scrum Master of one or multiple teams in an environment in which 10(+) teams are active
- Experience in coaching other Scrum Masters
- Knowledge and experience in implementing the Agile working methods in a (public) organisation
Desired criteria:
- Affinity and practical experience in the Agile working methods
- Knowledge of the latest developments and trends when it comes to Lean, Agile, change management and coaching plus being able to translate this knowledge to the modus operandi of the team
- Experience in training, coaching and change management
- Experience with ICT/Asset sustainable means of production
- One of these certificates; SFe, Less, Nexus, or
- Knowledge of SOA
- Fluent in Dutch (verbal and written)
