Description

Job Description-
Ensure that employee compensation data is updated in the payroll systems, as per instructions received from HR.
Liaise with HR in order to receive employee and compensation data.
Determine compensation packages together with the Compensation & Benefits team and verify tax implications.
Work with HR to provide introduction packs and a smooth onboarding process to new joiners.
Aggregate and process salaries, based on inputs and adjustment provided by HR.
Calculate the tax and social benefit deductions as well as non-mandatory deductions - and review and approve the salaries on a biweekly/monthly basis.
Act as helpdesk for employees' inquiries.
Prepare and provide end-of-year tax forms.
Validate that HR instructions and payroll processing comply with legislative requirements

Requirements-
5-6 years' experience in payroll
Extensive knowledge of payroll end to end
Knowledge of statutory requirements
ADP Payforce: minimum 2 years
ERP: minimum 2 years
Strong customer service capabilities
Advanced English skills
Ability to work in a dynamic high performance environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with other non-tax professionals (HR, finance etc.).
