Project Accountant - £350- £450 per day - Northampton (project accounting, FTSE 100, project costing, budgeting, forecasting)
Harvey Nash are seeking an interim Project Accountant for a well-known FTSE 100 organisation based in Northampton. You will be joining an £million IT transformation programme and will be required to provide financial control and governance. It will be your role to check orders, invoices, and provide financial management reports as well as detailed financial analysis and forecasting to the business finance team.
You will be a self starter who is able to work with non-finance contemporaries and communicate to senior stakeholders within a market-leading organisation. You are likely to be a Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) who has worked in large and complex businesses who is able to support and guide with a level of gravitas whilst playing a key role on this high profile project.

. Financial accounting
. Management accounting
. Financial reporting including presenting financial status and reports to senior management.
. Accuracy and reliability
. Running the finances for a large programme.
. Managing complex programmes financial controls including 3rd parties.
