- The SD Client Experience Data Rep I performs key data collection, organization of same, analysis and reporting to provide insight and support to clients and management. The Individual acts as an objective provider of information critical to decision making, whether tactical or strategic; ad hoc or on-going. The individual generates reporting for both internal and external clients, on a scheduled and/or ad-hoc basis.
- Timing, collection and organization of data for:. Client management reports are delivered to clients and summarize activity and trends across the products for the respective accounts* Internal management reports collect metrics used to run the business and identify trends across the Service Delivery discipline
- Data Presentation:.Support the (S)canning, (A)nalysys, (R)esponse, and (A)ssessment of data.Lay ground work for Analysis, Trending and Reporting on data measured and tracked for the internal management reports..Gain an understanding of concepts included in the reports and effectively link them to the business needs
- Control & Risk Management:.Adhere to documented controls and best practices for access to data, data storage, and data privacy Timely identification and escalation of issues
- Client Service:.Support a positive client experience by responding to client inquiries and/or issues, follow-up on open items and meeting deliverables. ( Examples: delivering the reports within the agreed upon schedule, answering basic questions regarding the content of the report, escalating requests to change the content of the report, and identifying and escalating any hurdles to meet deliverables)
Qualification:
- BA/BS degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related studies preferred, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy, High degree of analytical ability, Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, Strong written and oral communication skills
