Description
We are looking for an Intermediate Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team working with an EU agency in the historic city of Strasbourg, seat of the European Parliament and home to many prestigious EU agencies.
Working under our contract with eu-LISA, you will help our client accomplish their mission of supporting EU member states secure their borders and control immigration.
Tasks will include:
- Ensuring that all processes related to service provision are set up and maintained;
- Coordination of the day to day delivery of all live service elements in accordance with agreed SLAs and contractual requirements;
- Assisting in support models and managing transition of projects and new services;
- Assisting in coordinating problem resolution;
- Coordination with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties;
- Assisting the project and application manager.
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school and minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience;
- Minimum 3 years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience;
- Experience supporting Project Managers and supporting project delivery;
- Good planning skills, problem-solving and communication skills;
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills;
- Excellent English;
- Eligible for the EU-SECRET Security Clearance.
This position is offered as a long term freelance contract or as an employment contract (CDD/CDI).
The successful candidate should be able to start ASAP.
