PROPERTY VALUATION ASSISTANT
18M CONTRACT - SOLIHULL
LEADING MORTGAGE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity with my client, who is highly reputable and an award winning Mortgage and Financial Services Provider in the UK.
The successful applicant will ideally have an understanding of the property valuation process and/or the role of surveyors to be able to support the Regional Surveyors and assist other business areas to resolve valuation queries.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle all work requests arising through the valuation process
- Book valuation appointments for the regional surveyors
- Ensure all valuations are processed within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with surveyors to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Assist other business areas in relation to audit requirements
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of the property valuation process would be beneficial
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload effectively to ensure tasks are completed within set timeframes
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexible approach to working requirements
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 1 hour for lunch.
