IT Analyst (KYC, ISEB, Financial Crime)

You will be taking the role as a Business Analyst in the KYC Capability area. Your areas of responsibility will be related to gathering data from different sources, making as is analysis and designing new business processes including GAP analysis and data-flow documentation.
This role will support and suggest solutions with implementation plans within the client's KYC processes and solutions which covers all business areas and geographies
This position requires strong Business Analyst skills from change projects or programs including developing and maintaining project plans, managing risks and issues. (preferably ISEB diploma or similar)
Experience in undertaking change analysis, and produce required artifacts to describe design solution, including functional models, organisation charts, role descriptions, FTE sizing, process/customer journey maps, requirements etc
Stakeholder management is mandatory and you will be working closely with eg. IT, Architecture, KYC Technology, Compliance and Business in order to determine appropriate design based on identified inputs including program and business requirements.
Experience from the financial sector is a prerequisite, experience with KYC/financial crime is preferred.

As the project covers all geographies you can expect that you will be required to travel within the Nordics.
PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills are a requirement.
Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing).
