Cutover Coordinator/Business Stabilization Lead
- Provide input for the Cutover Integrated plan
- Define Cutover Approach for Sales & Marketing and communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Create/update the Cutover Detailed plan(s) for Sales & Marketing, with support of the Functional/Technical teams, and communicate to relevant stakeholders. Mobilize task owners
- Report on progress of plan preparation
- Ensure resource shifts are documented in the Cutover Support Plan, in line with the detailed plans
- Mutually agree on task dependencies with other teams and agree on communication upon tasks completion
- Provide guidance to and ensure alignment with Local Cutover Coordinators
- Monitor and report on Cutover Execution for specific area
- Attend checkpoints and GO/NO-GO meetings
- Monitor defects in specific area and actively follow-up on Critical and High Defects
- Manage issues & risks during preparation and execution and escalate where needed to Cutover Management team
- Lead the support and incubation of the Professional global template migrations and enhancements until they reach steady state, ready to hand to over to the line of business.
- Ensure smooth and successful implementation and transfer of new services and ensure Service Management procedures are established and
- PM experience with Transition expertise
- SAP integration and global deployment experience
- Knowledge on Salesforce is helpful
- SAP experience
- Salesforce.com experience is considered advantageous

Rate: 100 EUR per hour
