OpenHR Systems Administrator - London
Oxford Circus area - Mid March start (we can wait for notice periods)
8-10 week assignment
£27.50 p/h

We're at the early stages of searching for a Systems/Process specialist to sit within a busy HR team and providing cover a planned absence for the permanent HR Systems Specialist for a well known company in central London.

In this role you will liaise with customers, users, managers and the IS team to tailor solutions and project manage initiatives for the HR team.

Main Duties

1. Gather requirements from all stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, IS, OD, Health & Safety and managers to develop the functionality of OpenHR.

2. Working with stakeholders, design and develop processes, workflows, email alerts, batch reports and mailmerges in OpenHR to improve the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes - with particular focus on:
Leavers process
Maternity & paternity leave processes
Probation process
End of fixed term contract processes
Configuring OpenHR to record/manage Flexible Working applications
Annual leave/special leave - online booking/approval
Online course bookings

3. Ensure that OpenHR developments are suitably managed, tested, resilient and appropriately administered, maintaining a high standard of testing and documentation.

4. Ensure development design issues are fully documented, version controlled and the correct audience is informed.

5. Advise and assist the HR Operations team to ensure that HR processes capture data in the most accurate, effective and timely manner.

6. The reporting functionality of OpenHR in order to support the HR team in providing regular reporting to the business as required.
