Description

Reconciliations Analyst Contract Dublin 6 months. My client a global leader in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Reconciliations Analyst to their team on a 6-12 month contract basis.

As a Reconciliations Analyst your main responsibilities are to activate fund rules and attributes for mutual fund products offered at my client firm. You will Review and if necessary, schedule and process Fund Group informational updates. This will include research daily inquiries from all respective business partners and process updates as needed assist other Financial Data Services teams to determine the impact of fund changes on core processes. You will maintain trading calendars and queue schedules for those funds that are traded on a periodic basis. Candidates will act as liaison between internal Financial Data Services teams and the various marketing areas that offer mutual funds within their products. It will be important that you are able to establish and maintain strong relationships with operational contacts at mutual fund companies to ensure compliance with trading rules, schedules and prospectus items.

Successful candidates will have the ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes, you will have the flexibility to work in an evolving environment as automation of processes and reorganisation of process flows are implemented to achieve efficiencies. You will have excellent applied knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of financial transaction processing. It seen as a plus if you have previous mutual fund experience, it is also seen as a plus if you have Previous global markets settlements experience.
