Business knowledge
- Required: Large complex global organisation
- Preferred: Financial services
- Preferred: Process design and implementation
- Optional: AML, transaction monitoring
Professional knowledge and experiences:
- Experienced business analyst with proven results from complex change and transformation projects.
- Process design and implementation including eg definition of roles & responsibilities, process gap assessments, training design, and implementation planning.
Personal skills:
- Dependable, self-driven, action-oriented individual
- Strong team player with collaborative personality
- Good communicator and stakeholder manager
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent in spoken and written English
